So one of the recipes I tried last week was the Spaghetti Squash Pizza Crust.
Did you try any recipes last week that didn’t turn out the way you would have liked?
Menu Plan Resources:
These two resources aren’t directly related to creating meal plans but they do relate to the dinner hour. In our house we eat dinner together as a family (all 5 of us) six nights out of seven. I think it’s super important for so many reasons but mainly because we have a lot of fun discussing our day and what’s going on in the world. I often pose questions to generate discussion and we really get into it sometimes. We purposely don’t schedule activities during dinner time so we don’t have to be rushing here there and everywhere. It’s that important to me especially now with two teenagers in the house who will be leaving me home within the next couple of years 🙁
Check out these two posts from around the web that are also in support of family dinner time and why.

We are definitely experiencing warm weather… yesterday it was 96! I don’t use my slow cooker in the summer as much as I would like. I tend to make a lot of pastas and salads. Most of my slow cooker recipes are kind of heavy, so I need some new ones to try.

Snow? Oh, my! We are definitely enjoying our warmer weather. I really don’t use my slow cooker a lot. I have found meals can be hit or miss in them. They have to be cooked just the right amount of time. However, there are certain meals, Italian roast beef, pulled pork, etc. that I always use the slow cooker for.

Thanks for the link! We love visiting your site. Glad to know about the spaghetti squash pizza crust. I had pinned it but didn’t haven’t tried it yet. Now, I will be using the spaghetti squash for something I like better.

I’ve tried a very similar pizza crust recipe and had the same outcome – way too time consuming for something that was just ok. I’ve felt the same way about a couple of cauliflower crust recipes. Have you tried the Against the Grain gluten free pizza crusts? They are kind of expensive but I’d like to try to replicate it myself.
