Gluten Free Apple Crisp
 
Ingredients
  • 6 large Granny Smith apples
  • 1 cup gluten-free graham cracker crumbs
  • ¾ cup brown sugar, packed
  • ½ cup gluten-free quick or rolled oats
  • ½ cup gluten-free flour blend
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • ½ cup butter, melted
Instructions
  1. Spray a 2.5 quart baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Peel, core and slice apples and place directly into prepared baking dish.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the crumbs, sugar, oats, flour and spices.
  4. Add melted butter and mix well. Mixture will be crumbly when finished mixing.
  5. Dump mixture over apple slices and cover apples completely.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
  7. Serve warm with ice cream.
