Hi friends! Happy Monday to you. Time to get those menu plans organized and done. Even in the summer a menu plan will make life so much easier. When it’s beautiful out the last thing you want to do is spend more time than necessary in the kitchen. So plan quick and easy meals and get out and enjoy the sun!
Yesterday was Father’s Day and I couldn’t keep my husband from cooking. He grilled up a rotisserie farm fresh chicken and it was absolutely delicious. Gosh do I love summer!
Here’s what we’ll be eating for dinner this week. And I’m very excited because my birthday week is finally here and it’s my 50th birthday at that. I’m looking forward to it even if I don’t have any big plans for the day. But I will see a few friends and then go out to dinner with my family so that makes me happy.
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Ground Beef Taco Salad
Tuesday: Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
Wednesday: Easy Honey Garlic Chicken served with rice and broccoli
Thursday: Happy 50th birthday to me! Going out for dinner tonight 🙂
Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night with bread machine pizza dough and for me Zucchini Pizza Bites (using vegan cheese)
Saturday: Bacon, Spinach and Tomato Frittata
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
