Happy New Year y’all! Last week I took off from posting my MPM post. I still had every intention of writing up a menu plan and then I didn’t do it. And guess what happened? We didn’t eat very healthy balanced dinners. We just threw together whatever we could scrounge up. I didn’t like it at all. So it was a good reminder to me how much I need a weekly menu plan to keep me on task with my healthy eating and of course save my sanity! Thankfully I don’t really mind writing up a plan each week (it’s the cooking part that I really dislike!) but I know not everyone feels that way.
If you want all the benefits of menu planning without all the work I’ve got an awesome solution to tell you about. But I’ll wait and tell you more about it next week because it will be going on sale. And who doesn’t love a good sale, whoot!
For now, you might want to write up this week’s menu by printing off this fun FREE menu planner to help you. You can download it right HERE.
My son has one more week of online school and then hopefully he returns to in person learning on Jan 11th. We’ll also find out if our lockdown will be lifted by then as well. I’d be happy with being able to have outdoor social visits again at least. Sigh. How are things where you live? Are you still in lockdown?
Here’s what we’ll be eating for dinner this week.
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Italian Sausage Pasta with Broccoli
Tuesday: Baked Maple Chicken Thighs served rice and Easy Roasted Zucchini
Wednesday: Beef Meatloaf served with mashed potatoes and carrots
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night with bread machine pizza dough and for me Paleo Pizza
Saturday: Slow Cooker Butternut Squash Soup
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
Have a wonderful week everyone!!
