Hi friends! Christmas week is finally here. Being in lockdown is certainly not what we expected this Christmas but here we are. Those of you in other parts of the world not in lockdown I envy you. But we are making the most of it and carrying on. And that includes enjoying a delicious Christmas dinner with all the fixings. Can’t wait for that!
If you need a menu planner to keep you on track this week my Free Printable Holiday Menu Planner might help. It’s pretty simple but sometimes that’s all you need.
Also if you missed the funny Christmas gift tags I posted last week, grab that free printable as well for any last minute wrapping you’ve got to do.
Menu Plan Announcement:
Due to the holidays, there will be no Menu Plan Monday next week. I’ll still menu plan of course because I don’t know how to do life without it but I just won’t be posting it on the blog. I’m going to try and stay off the computer as much as possible so I can enjoy time with the family. Thanks for your understanding.
Here’s what we’ll be eating for dinner all this week. Merry Christmas y’all!!

A very merry Christmas to you and your family! Your Christmas menu sounds delicious. I’m curious: Are you able to get fresh asparagus in Canada at this time of year? Here in Germany we can only find it in May-June. I’m wondering if I could do a similar recipe to the one you chose but use Brussels sprouts instead. Anyway, thanks for the recipe ideas! Enjoy the holiday!

Hi Alicia, yes we are able to get fresh asparagus this time of the year which is nice. I’m sure you could do something similar with brussels sprouts. Merry Christmas to you as well!
