Hi everyone, I’m back on another Monday with another menu. Now that we are full on into the beautiful days of fall, I’m happy to be bringing on the stews and soups. Especially if they can be made in the slow cooker which is one of my favorite appliances! So easy to throw together a meal in the morning when I have more energy and then not have to give dinner a second though after that. What’s not to love?
Speaking of fall, yesterday I whipped up these Healthy Pumpkin Banana Muffins and they were delicious. I actually had a couple for dinner as I wasn’t very hungry and they totally hit the spot. I find lunches are the hardest on the Paleo diet so having some muffins ready to go makes things so much easier. Then I don’t have to think about what I’ll have. Yum, I definitely recommend this one!
Also a note about MPM next week. Since it is Canadian Thanksgiving and therefore a long weekend, I will not be posting my menu next week. Thank you for your understanding!
Here’s what we’ll be eating for dinner this week.
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Easy Paleo Meatloaf
Tuesday: Slow Cooker Beef Stew
Wednesday: Spicy Honey Lime Chicken
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night with bread machine pizza dough and for me BLT Egg Salad Lettuce Wraps
Saturday: Roasted Butternut Squash Soup
Sunday: Canadian Thanksgiving: Lemon & Herb Roasted Chicken, Light & Fluffy Dairy-Free Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Asparagus and for dessert Perfect Paleo Brownies
Have a wonderful week everyone!!
