Hi friends! How are you? We are still doing okay here. The good news is our snow melted away so fast. It was all gone within a week it seemed. Yay! So we got my small cozy deck space all set up and I can’t wait to get out there to have my afternoon naps. Here’s an older picture of what it looks like but I still set it up the same. Just don’t have flowers yet. Going to have to wait until it’s a bit warmer yet for that.
Kids Prep Dinner Challenge:
This week I’m excited to tell you about an upcoming dinner challenge that Erin from $5 Dinners is hosting on Facebook this week. This is a kids prep dinner challenge where Erin, along with her kiddos, will teach kids and families how to work together to prep meals for the freezer. It’s happening May 2nd and it’s FREE.
When you sign up you’ll get a free meal plan, shopping list and step by step instructions. Plus you’ll have access to a Facebook LIVE video with Erin prepping meals alongside you. You can get more information and sign up right HERE.
Here’s what we’ll be eating for dinner around here this week.
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Healthy Chicken Pot Pie Soup
Tuesday: Spicy Oven Fried Pork Chops served with rice and broccoli
Wednesday: Paleo Meatloaf served with mashed potatoes and veggies
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night with bread machine pizza dough and for me Grain-Free Paleo Pizza Crust
