Hi friends! I hope you all had a nice Easter weekend and made the best of the circumstances. We had a perfectly relaxing day yesterday. I even had a chance to Zoom call with my family in Ontario which was fun. Then for an Easter treat I made myself some of my favorite Paleo Lemon cookies. Gosh these are sooooo good!
Eat at Home Victory Week:
So much of life feels like a challenge right now, but there’s one area where we can gain some victory – dinner time! My friend Tiffany from Eat at Home (I’ve talked about this service so many times!) is hosting a FREE Eat at Home Victory Week, where the goal is to gain control of dinner. She’s sharing lots of free tips, recipes, ideas for making substitutions, stocking your pantry, freezer cooking and more. Her recipes are practical and down-to-earth, making them perfect for this weird time we’re all in.
There’s even a fun giveaway for a Henckels Chef Knife and cutting board that you’ll automatically be entered for when you sign up for Eat at Home Victory Week. It starts today but if you hurry over you can still get in. I think you’ll find it really helpful!
AND starting tomorrow, from April 14-16th, the Eat at Home Meal Plans will finally be going back on sale for 30% off using the code VICTORY. You definitely don’t want to miss this deal. All the recipes in Eat at Home Meal Plans use common ingredients and and the color-coded grocery list is my absolute favorite so you can get in and out of the grocery store FAST. Take some stress off and let someone else prepare your menus for the week. All the details can be found right HERE.
Snow Melt Watch 2020:
We still have so much snow on our front lawn so on Instagram I’ve started snow melt watch of 2020. Doesn’t that sound exciting? Ha! Really I’m just looking for sympathy because enough is enough already. This picture is from yesterday, blah. Come on spring!
