Hi friends! We are experiencing some very cold weather here right now in northern, Alberta Canada. Brrrr. It’s suppose to be like this all week. I’ll be hunkering down under my heated blanket and drinking hot tea until it passes. Everything moves slower at these temperatures including me!
Weather like this is definitely calling for some nice warm soups and stew for dinner. Delicious comfort food to keep us all warm. I’ve got three different slow cooker recipes lined up. Can’t wait!

Saturday: Loaded Chicken & Potato Casserole
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
