Hi friends, I am so so sorry I didn’t have this up for you first thing this morning. I caught a flu bug it seems and I’ve been so sick in bed. I didn’t have the strength to write anything let alone think about food. I’m still not feeling well as I write this but I am heavily medicated, ha! So I thought I’d write this up quick while I can before getting back into bed. In 14.5 years of blogging I don’t think I’ve ever missed posting a MPM that wasn’t pre-planned.
Hopefully tomorrow I’ll be back on my feet and able to go get my groceries. And I’m sure my son will help me make the meals until I regain all my energy. Quick and easy meals it’s going to be. I do have a great post coming out this week that I wrote last week and I can’t wait to share it with you.
Until then, please accept my apologies and I hope you have a terrific healthy week.
Here’s what we’ll (hopefully if all goes well) be eating this week.
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Pre-packaged ribs for my boys that just need to be thrown into the oven
Tuesday: Honey Mustard Chicken Thighs served with rice and broccoli
Wednesday: Sheet Pan Lemon Pesto Pork Tenderloin
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night with 5 minute homemade pizza dough and for me Tuna Cakes
Saturday: Italian Sausage and Potato Soup
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
Have a wonderful week everyone!!

I miss yoyo days. Leftover nights were my favorite but with pre teen/teenage sons, there aren’t leftovers anymore LOL . Man they can eat. Those chicken thighs sound good! Honey Mustard all the things! 🙂 . Have a great week!
