Hi friends! I’m not sure I can top last week’s menu. I’m even hesitant to try. I used my slow cooker three days in a row last week and hit it out of the ball park which delicious recipes. Everything was so easy to make and so comforting during our deep freeze of 2020. I also pulled out my bread machine and made some homemade bread for my family. Unfortunately I couldn’t eat it of course but they sure enjoyed it. I love when my kitchen helpers work hard for me.
The healthy slow cooker chicken pot pie soup was my very favorite. I love that you can put the chicken into the slow cooker raw. So easy not having to cook it first. As you can see I blended mine more than the recipe called for just to make it more creamy. The blended carrots turned it orange in color. But gosh it was so good! My boys added some Parmesan cheese to theirs.
I also wanted to give you the heads up that tomorrow is the last day to grab the Eat at Home Meal Plans service for 30% off!
Eat At Home Meal Plans take all the struggle, guesswork and misery out of meal planning even if:
– You have picky eaters.
– You are trying to feed your family a more wholesome, nourishing diet.
– Or you aren’t the world’s best cook (or you hate doing it!)
– And you need to get dinner on the table in 15 minutes.
If you cook JUST TWO dinners in the next 365 days from the menu plans instead of eating out, you will have more than paid for your annual subscription! Crazy, huh? Check it out right HERE.
