Hi friends! Happy November to you. I always get excited for this month because I get to put away my fall decor and exchange it for my winter decor. I’m excited to cozy up my home with twinkle lights, battery-operated candles and all things snuggly. I even watched my first Hallmark Christmas movie the other night called Merry & Bright with Jodie Sweetin. Last year I watched 27 Hallmark Christmas movies so I’m out to break my record this year, ha! Please tell me I’m not alone.
Recipe Highlights:
Yesterday I was hungry and needed a snack so I decided to make some Paleo Blueberry Banana Muffins. These were quick and easy to throw together and guess what? They actually turned out for me even though I was a total rebel and used frozen blueberries instead of fresh. I like to get wild and crazy like that. You even get a glimpse in the picture below of this year’s hot cocoa bar I’m putting together. I wasn’t going to do it again but my daughter said she wouldn’t come home for the holidays if I didn’t 🙂
Another recipe we loved last week was the Hashbrown and Sausage Casserole. It was so good and it was a nice change for dinner. My son really liked it. We’ll definitely make it again.
Here’s what we’ll be eating for dinner this week.
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Paleo Garlic Chicken Alfredo with Zucchini Noodles
Tuesday: Slow Cooker Beef Tips & Gravy
Wednesday: Bacon Cheeseburger Soup
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night with 5 minute homemade pizza dough and for me Paleo Pizza
Saturday: Paleo Dijon Rosemary Pork Chops
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
Have a wonderful week everyone!!
