Hey there y’all. I hope you all had a terrific weekend. Our weather was so beautiful here this weekend. I’m so happy I was able to get out by the river and enjoy it a little bit. So good for the soul to soak up some sunshine. And those blue skies! It wasn’t even cold out either. The weather was above zero by a couple of degrees which is really amazing for this time of year.
Holiday Planner:
I’m not sure if you had a chance to check out my Christmas Planner yet that I recently posted about. So I wanted to be sure to remind you to go on over and print it out. I think you’ll find it really helpful for an organized holiday season.
Here’s what we’ll be eating for dinner this week and we’ve got a very special occasion to celebrate. I can hardly believe my youngest is turning 14!
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: “Breaded” Paleo Chicken Cutlets served with tossed salad
Tuesday: Easy Slow Cooker BBQ Ribs (I’ll sub with coconut sugar) served with rice and broccoli
Wednesday: Paleo Butternut Squash Soup
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Dinner out ~ celebrating my son’s 14th birthday!
Saturday: Sheet Pan Roasted Sausage and Potatoes with Peppers
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
Have a wonderful week everyone!!

Hey, I really enjoy your blog! The holiday planner is a great idea. I’m a professional organizer in Los Angeles and would love to do a guest post if you’re ever interested.

Where on earth do you live where it’s unusual to be above zero in November?

I live in Northern Alberta Canada. We usually hover anywhere between -10C and -40C in the winter (14F and -40F). It definitely gets chilly here so I’m loving the warmer temps 🙂
