Hi friends! How are you? Here we are with another Monday and another menu plan. This week I’ve got a craving for some taco salad. The recipe I’ve linked below doesn’t add salsa but I think every good taco salad needs a good salsa. Especially my quick homemade salsa recipe. Oh my goodness this stuff is so good and so easy to make. I love it so much and am so thankful to my beautiful Mexican friend for sharing the recipe with me. It’s totally addicting though, don’t say I didn’t warn you 🙂

My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Baked Paleo Chicken Tenders served with tossed salad
Tuesday: Easy Paleo Slow Cooker Pot Roast with Veggies
Wednesday: Taco Salad with Chipotle Ranch Dressing
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night with 5 minute homemade pizza dough and for me Almond Flour Pizza Crust
Saturday: Sheet Pan Roasted Veggies and Sausage
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
