Hi friends! Happy Thanksgiving to my fellow Canadians. I hope you are enjoying an extra day off today. We had a yummy Thanksgiving dinner last night made by my husband with dessert made by my youngest son.
My son made his first pie! Doesn’t it look good? It wasn’t Paleo so I didn’t get to try it but I was told that it was absolutely delicious. I’ll have to convince my son to make a Paleo version next time. Maybe he’ll have better Paleo baking luck than I did because my own Thanksgiving dessert didn’t turn out!!
I attempted to make a new Paleo Brownies recipe and it was a total flop, ugh. Don’t let this pretty picture fool you. These tasted awful. So sad. Oh well. Aren’t you impressed though that I keep trying even though I make so many flops? Thankfully every once and awhile I get a winner so that keeps me going.
