Welcome to Menu Plan Monday!
Hi friends! Are you ready for the week with a menu plan? Because you’ve heard me say it before but I’ll say it again, you need a menu plan. It’s a necessity for your sanity. I know there are some of you still resisting it for many reasons, I totally get it. I was there once too. But menu planning saved me from losing my marbles. It still does. I don’t like cooking and I don’t like figuring out what to eat when I’m tired and cranky. Not to mention all the other reasons including healthier eating and money saved. Please give it a try if you haven’t already.
School Lunch Muffins:
I made some Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins that my son could take for his school lunches last week. He absolutely loved them so I thought I’d share the recipe with you here. They are easy to make and also pack well so that’s a good thing.
Here’s what we’ll be eating for dinner this week.
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Fall Chopped Salad
Tuesday: Paleo Spaghetti Meat Sauce over zoodles
Wednesday: Rosemary Garlic Butter Pork Chops served with rice and carrots
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night with 5 minute homemade pizza dough and for me Paleo Almond Flour Pizza
Saturday: Sausage, Potato and Broccoli Sheet Pan Supper
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
