Welcome to Menu Plan Monday!
Hi friends! How are you all doing? It’s actually a long weekend here in Canada for the Civic holiday. So today’s a day for off many of us. Our weather hasn’t really been cooperating though with so much rain, blah. But yesterday wasn’t bad and by not bad I mean it was about 20 degrees Celcius (68F). It did mean that I could sit out on my deck and enjoy my David’s Tea Lemon Smash Iced Tea. Have you tried this stuff? It’s so good! It’s an unsweetened loose tea that I make in the David’s Tea Travel Ice Tea Maker. I even got to enjoy it with a few pieces of my favorite Paleo Zazubean chocolate. Yum!
A good book, chocolate and iced tea. Now that’s a great way to spend an afternoon!
I hope you all take a few minutes to get your menu planning done today. You’ll be so thankful you did especially when the witching hour comes around. You know the one I’m talking about! It’s such a relief to not have to try and figure out what to eat when you are tired and kids are melting down around you. Menu planning saves the day!
Here’s what we’ll be eating for dinner this week.
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Paleo Chicken Soup
Tuesday: Easy Bunless Burgers with Cilantro Dill Mayo Sauce
Wednesday: Slow Cooker Roast Beef
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night with 5 minute homemade pizza dough and for me Salmon Burgers

Have a wonderful week everyone!!
