Welcome to Menu Plan Monday!
Hi friends! Happy Monday to you all. Can you believe here we are at the last week of August already? My big kids head back to their colleges tomorrow which makes me happy and sad all at the same time. It’s just a roller coaster ride of emotions that is for sure.
Chocolate Chip Cookies:
I whipped up a batch of gluten, dairy and egg-free chocolate chip cookies yesterday for my middle son. He absolutely LOVED them. I thought he might be able to take them back to school with him but I don’t think they’ll last that long lol.

Tomorrow is the last day to sign up for Eat at Home Meal Plans for 30% off.
