Welcome to Menu Plan Monday!
Hi friends! I hope you all had a great week. My week was all about getting some cleaning tasks done that I’ve been putting off. One of those was my floors. I’m happy to report that they are finally mopped. It’s definitely been awhile and boy did it feel good to get it done, whoot!
You all know by now how super passionate I am about menu planning. I get though that it can be one extra chore in an already busy week. However the problem is without a menu plan, dinner can be so hard to get on the table. Dinner out often seems to be the easier way to go. So this week I am encouraging everyone to cook dinner and eat at home at least FIVE times. Nothing like a little challenge to get us all motivated!
Eat at Home Meal Plans:
And for those that are busy and wish someone else could just plan your meals and provide you with the recipes and an easy grocery list, I’ve got the perfect resource for you. The Eat at Home Meal Plans will make your menu planning life so much easier. Every week they provide you with four different menu plans to use – traditional, wholesome, slow cooker or the no flour/no sugar. You’ll get the recipes and a color-coded grocery list with each one. Easy! I’m going to use the no flour/no sugar menu plan myself this week. The recipes are quick and easy with simple ingredients.
Bonus: The Eat at Home Meal Plans are on sale this week for 30% off. Use the code YES at checkout. Sign up now right HERE.
So whether you use your own menu plan this week or use one provided by Eat at Home, I hope you’ll join me in this 5 day eat at home challenge. Each evening, over on Instagram, I’ll be sharing my dinner prep on Stories. If you want to share your meals with me each day, use the hashtag #orgjunkiecook5 and join in the fun. Yay!
Here’s what’s on our menu plan this week. I love that you get this printable for your fridge with each menu plan.
