Welcome to Menu Plan Monday!
Hi friends! How are you all? Have you settled into the new year yet? I’ve been so busy that I feel like I haven’t come up for air yet. My daughter moved all her stuff back home while she goes to school overseas so you can just imagine what my basement looks like. Boxes everywhere! So we are desperately trying to get through them all before she leaves. She is trying to only keep the things that spark joy for her.
Speaking of sparking joy, have you been watching the new Marie Kondo series on Netflix called Tidying Up? My opinion of it totally changed after watching the entire series. I can’t wait to write about it and share my thoughts. Hopefully I can this week if I can take a break from all the organizing I’m doing with my daughter 🙂

Monday: Paleo Bacon Garlic Avocado Burgers
Tuesday: Sticky Honey Garlic Chicken Wings served with tossed salad
Wednesday: Slow Cooker Roast Beef with Vegetables
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night with 5 minute homemade pizza dough and for me Paleo Almond Flour Pizza with Easy Homemade Pizza Sauce
Saturday: Sausage, Potato & Broccoli Sheet Pan Supper
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
