Welcome to Menu Plan Monday!
Hi friends! Another week, another menu plan. Time to set ourselves up for success by getting our meals organized for the week. I’m finally getting back into the swing of things after the holidays and having all my kids home. I am such a routine girl so it will be so nice to get back into that.
Are any of you trying to eat healthier this January? Anyone doing a Whole 30 this month? Did you know Paleo and Whole 30 are very similar? Whole 30 is a bit more restrictive since it’s designed to be a temporary solution whereas Paleo is more of a lifestyle way of eating. Anyway I wanted to let you know that because on my Paleo Pinterest board you will see some Whole 30 recipes as well. Both are excellent and I highly recommend you check into them more if you are looking to eat cleaner. If you have any questions about Paleo I can certainly try and answer them for you since I’ve been eating this way now for 4 years. It’s allowed me to naturally reduce inflammation in my body in order to manage my Rheumatoid Arthritis without medication. Incredible!

My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: One-Pan Honey Mustard Pork Chop and Veggie Sheet Pan Dinner
Tuesday: Paleo Chili served with Paleo Bread
Wednesday: Slow Cooker Hawaiian Chicken Tacos
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night with 5 minute homemade pizza dough and for me Paleo Almond Flour Pizza with Easy Homemade Pizza Sauce
Saturday: Creamy Sausage & Potato Casserole
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
