Hi friends, I’m working on some great posts to come, hopefully next week. And by “working” I mean actively thinking about them in my head. Ha! My daughter leaves Saturday and then things should get back to normal around here and I’ll have a little more time on my hands. But for today, and to thank you for your patience, I’ve got a little treat for you…free printable 2019 calendars!
Every year, to help with organization, I’ve wanted to offer my readers monthly calendar printables. Except my skills are limited so it never happened. Well this year I paid someone to create some for me to give to YOU. Aren’t they fun and cheery?
I always find it helpful to have designated calendars for specific projects to keep me on track. For instance, remember back to my Christmas craft project last year. I printed off a monthly calendar just for this project and scheduled in the bite size tasks. This is the only reason I wasn’t overwhelmed by it and my project actually got done in time for Christmas. It was so very effective.
Another way to use these calendars is to schedule in your bite size organizing tasks. If you write one in per day and post it where you can see it, it’s so much more manageable. Need ideas? I’ve got a free printable 100 Organizing Tasks to Tackle sheet that I offer to my subscribers. These tasks are small and can typically be done in 15 minutes or less. I think you will be surprised what you can get done in a short amount of time.
You can get the subscriber only free printables and regular blog updates by clicking right here or by using the box right below this.

Calendars are such a great habit building tool as are habit trackers especially when it comes to routines. I’m going to be sharing the habit tracker I use and talk more about habit building next week. Oh and my thoughts on Marie Kondo’s Life Changing Magic of Tidying Up too (affiliate link). My opinion of her organizing techniques totally changed after watching her new Netflix series, Tidying Up. So be sure to come on back for that, you don’t want to miss it!
For now, please consider this:
I’m organized because I am disciplined. I’m disciplined because I have routines in place. I have routines in place because I developed habits. This might indeed be the secret to an organized life.
I hope that this year is your most organized year yet. You’ve totally got this!!
Let me know if you have any questions and/or please share in the comments if you have any specific requests for upcoming blog posts. I’m here to help but it’s so much easier when I have feedback from my lovely readers.
If you enjoyed this post, please consider sharing it with your friends. Thank you!
