Hi friends! How are you? Thanks for joining me here each week. I hope you find these menu plan posts helpful for getting dinner on the table each night. I wanted to let you know that I have been posting regularly recipe links on the Menu Plan Monday Facebook page. Please let me know what type of recipes you are looking for and I’ll share them over there as I come across them. I am mostly sharing quick and easy recipes and many slow cooker recipes as well. Don’t we all just want to get in and out of the kitchen fast? I know I do that is for sure!
So I made myself some Paleo Ketchup today and it was pretty good. Served it up with some homemade french fries. Yum! And rest assured I ate more than just the few fries you see here in this picture, ha! :) You can get the recipe I used HERE. I just left the sugar out.

My Weekly Menu Plan:
Tuesday: Italian Skillet Chicken with Tomatoes and Mushrooms (modified where needed of course)
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night with 5 minute homemade pizza dough and for me Pizza Potato Skins
Saturday: Everything But The Bagel Chicken Wings
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
