Welcome to Menu Plan Monday!
Hi friends! I hope you all had a fabulous weekend and a very Happy Mother’s Day. Yesterday I got to sleep in and then enjoy a lovely breakfast in bed made by my 12 year old son. It was sweet but then he also left the mess for me to clean up which you know balances everything all out, ha! 🙂
The weather has been so beautiful here and we were able to finally get our deck set up. Yesterday I was able to spend a few hours just relaxing and enjoying it. After 6 long months of winter, this is pure bliss to me! Yay!
Then for dinner we took it really easy with this premade pulled pork from Costco with a spinach salad on the side. Delicious!
And of course I had to finish the evening with a piece of my new favorite Paleo chocolate that I told you about last week HERE.
Here’s what we’ll be eating this week.
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Smoked Sausage Sheet Pan Dinner with Potato Wedges
Tuesday: Smokey Bacon Chicken Thighs served with rice and broccoli
Wednesday: Whole 30 Homemade In N Out Burgers
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night with 5 minute homemade pizza dough and for me Paleo Pizza
Saturday: Slow Cooker Honey Pork Chops and Apples
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
Have a wonderful week everyone!!

Thank you for hosting! I’m totally getting into the whole foods thing (keto) a little later than everyone else… but getting there! 🙂
