Welcome to Menu Plan Monday!
Hi friends! I hope you all had a wonderful Easter weekend. My husband cooked us an amazing Easter dinner yesterday. His chicken is always so delicious! I wish I could say the same for the Paleo Apple Crisp dessert I made. Oy another flop although I’m not surprised. Of all the recipes I’ve not been able to replicate in Paleo form it’s the apple crisp. It makes me so sad because apple crisp is my all time favorite dessert but I’m not going to give up. One of the these days I will have success.
If you want a really delicious recipe, then for sure you don’t want to miss the recipe I shared last week for Paleo Pina Colada Smoothies. These are SO good. Yum!
I can’t believe my daughter turns 21 this week. I hate not being able to celebrate with her but she’s out of the country right now going to school. I’m missing her like crazy but Facetime will have to do I guess. Not the same as being able to hug her neck though 🙂
Here’s what we’ll be eating this week.
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Foil Pack Sausage and Veggies
Tuesday: Paleo Roasted Butternut Squash Soup served with Healthy 5 Minute Gluten Free Bread
Wednesday: Taco Salad Bowls with Homemade Quick Salsa (yum!)
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night with 5 minute homemade pizza dough and for me Grain Free Rosemary Garlic Flatbread
Saturday: Slow Cooker Sweet & Spicy Paleo Sliders
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
Have a wonderful week everyone!!
