Hi friends! Happy menu plan day to you. Let’s get it done now so we can not have to stress about it later. Sound good? Seriously it’s the main reason I still do this week after week. I hate cooking and it gets me in and out of the kitchen fast. The mad dinner scramble stresses me out and thankfully it’s not hard to avoid it. All it takes is a little bit of advance planning, it’s not rocket science and anyone can do it. Whoot!
This week I’m going to make me some soup again because I love it so much. I think I’ve told you that before but menu planning is so much easier in fall and winter because I can make delicious recipes again like soup and stew and chili. Yum! So I pulled out my Laura in the Kitchen cookbook (affiliate link) and am going to try her Easy Butternut Squash Soup recipe. I love watching Laura’s videos on Youtube, she makes everything look so easy to make.
Here’s what we’ll be eating this week.
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Chili Lime Chicken Salad
Tuesday: Easy One Pan Roasted Shrimp and Vegetables
Wednesday: Slow Cooker Garlic Pork Roast
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night with 5 minute homemade pizza dough and for me Paleo Mushroom Quiche
Saturday: Easy Butternut Squash Soup
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
Have a wonderful week everyone!!
