Hello menu planners! How are you all this fine day? Today was a big day with our first church potluck in our new church kitchen. It was amazing, I only wish I’d thought to take a picture of it for you :). I did however take a picture of all the deliciousness though.
I ended up bringing some Paleo Brownies along with my soup. I topped each slice with some thawed unsweetened frozen strawberries to jazz them up and make them look pretty. So delicious!
This week is Valentine’s Day. We don’t really do anything special for dinner but I might make a fun dessert or something. What about you? Do you have any Valentine’s dinner traditions? Heart shaped pizzas anyone?
Here’s what we’ll be eating this week.
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Paleo “Spaghetti” with Meat Sauce
Tuesday: Paleo Spanish Chicken served with potatoes and carrots
Wednesday: Slow Cooker Ribs with BBQ Sauce served with rice and broccoli
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night with 5 minute homemade pizza dough and for me Bacon Egg Breakfast Bites
Saturday: One Pan Blackened Cod with Sweet Potatoes and Zucchini
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
Have a wonderful week everyone!!

Thank you so much for hosting! For Valentines I am making a special little breakfast. They are like homemade poptarts maybe. Pie crust hearts with jam in the middle and then baked. I have to look the recipe back up. Which I better get done quickly!
Have a great week!

They turned out really good. I am very excited. Now I can make them all during the year, but just do rectangles or squares. They were pretty simple too. I would like to try them gluten free, not sure how it would go, but worth a try.
