Hi everyone! I know those of you in the US have a day off today so I’m thinking it might be pretty quiet around here. I hope you are all enjoyed a wonderful weekend with friends and family. Don’t forget to take some time to write out your menu plan for the week 🙂
I don’t have any recipe highlights to share with you this week, sadly no exciting cooking or baking to tell you about. I hope I can find some time this week to make a few treats or two 🙂
Last week I talked a bit about how important I feel it is to get your kids involved in the kitchen. Then while on Pinterest the other day I found this really fun Creative Kids Cooking Challenge free printable that I thought some of you might be interested in. It’s a really neat way of getting your kids excited about cooking. What do you think?
Also I’ve pinned quite a few new recipes to my recipe boards so if you are feeling stuck check them out HERE.
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Grilled Honey Rosemary Pork Steaks with baked potatoes and broccoli
Tuesday: Crispy Chicken Wings with Spicy Roasted Sweet Potatoes
Wednesday: Paleo Taco Salad
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night! and for me BLT Avocado Lettuce Wraps
Saturday: Garlic Bacon Avocado Burgers with spinach salad
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
Have a wonderful week everyone!!

I love that Bingo board! That would be great both for bored kids, but also for a little meal planning inspiration.

Your creative cooking challenge printable was perfectly timed. My girls start their summer break this week and one of my goals is to get them outside their kitchen comfort zone. This will be perfect! Thanks.
Have a great week!
