Hi everyone! Happy Monday to you all. I’m so happy that the beginning of May is here, I love the start of a brand new fresh month. The weather is beautiful (although we could really use some rain), the trees are blooming and soon I’ll get to plant some pretty flowers outside.
As often as I can I share resources here that will help make menu planning a little easier for you. I’ve been menu planning for over 10 years and there are still days even now where I have to push myself to get it done. Experience though has taught me that not doing it just adds so much stress to my life so I always make sure to get it done. But if you don’t have experience to motivate you, I hope I’m able to help fill that gap by sharing recipes and resources to make it as simple as possible for you to create your menu each week.
There are so many different ways to menu plan and no one size fits all. Stephanie Langford wrote a fantastic ebook a couple of years ago called Plan It, Don’t Panic where she walks you through different menu planning strategies in a straight forward easy to understand way. I was really excited to see that her book was part of the 2016 Ultimate Homemaking eBook bundle that I told you about last week (no longer available). I didn’t want you to miss it along with all the cookbooks that are included as well, check them all out:
So you get all of those ecookbooks in the bundle in addition to so many awesome organizing ebooks. In total there are 93 resources, valued at over $1000 for under $30. Check out everything included HERE. The only catch is today is the last day to purchase the bundle and then it goes away and that will be sad if you are thinking of grabbing it but miss the deadline. Let me know what you think of it and if you have any questions, be sure to ask. It’s a really great deal!
Now time for what I’m eating this week. I’m super excited about today’s meal especially, yum!
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Paleo Fried Fish with Spicy Cabbage Slaw

We’ve been having a lot of leftover nights here lately. A busy baseball season makes for quick and easy suppers!
Hope you have a great week.

Saturaday’s meal sounds like something to double up for breakfast during a Whole 30. Which I happily started today.
