Hi everyone! Happy Monday to you 🙂 Yesterday we had such a fun time at dinner club. This time our theme was “baby it’s cold outside” so us girls got all bundled up and went tobogganing first before going back to our hostesses house for our favorite comfort foods. It was such a great time! I got to wear my super cute holiday sweater which I think is so much better than an ugly one!
We also did a “baby it’s cold outside” ornament exchange. I brought a sleigh picture frame ornament. I thought adding a picture of myself was an extra special touch, haha!
I made this Holiday Stuffed Mushroom recipe from the Autoimmune Paleo website and they were absolutely delicious and totally safe for me to eat! Everyone really liked them.
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Egg, Spinach and Tomato Scramble
Tuesday: Herb and Citrus Oven Roasted Chicken (made with honey instead of sugar) served with rice and tossed salad
Wednesday: Making two Mama’s Pizza Casseroles, one for a friend who just had a baby and one for my family
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night! and for me Paleo Apple-Cinnamon Pancakes
Saturday: Christmas party – dinner and dancing!
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
Have a wonderful week everyone!!

Tobogganing what fun. I haven’t done that since I was a kid. These days we don’t usually have snow for long enough periods of time in lower NY and CT. Thanks for the party.
