Hi friends, happy Friday to you!! I haven’t done a round-up post in quite some time but today I’m bringing it back. There is just too much good stuff out there to not share with you. Yes I’m directing you elsewhere to read which kind of goes against all blogging “rules” out there but that’s okay. Sharing is fun for me and spreading the love makes me happy.
Purge Power:
I am in full on declutter mode around here. September for me is like January 1st to everyone else. This time of year as the kids go back to school and the seasons are changing (it’s cold here y’all!) I am just itching to get tossing…to lighten the load, to switch things up, to rearrange and freshen up. Yesterday I dealt with my hair product stash (yes again!). You all know I have a small (ha!) hair product weakness but now that my hair is shorter and easier to manager I don’t need half the products I use to use. In fact I’m down to three, yes THREE! That’s huge for me girls! So I’ve collected a bunch of things to give away to my girlfriends (they love it!) and my bathroom counter can breathe a big sigh of relief 🙂
Got Questions?
So I’d like to do a Q & A post soon on the blog so I’m putting out a call for questions. If you’ve got a burning organizing question you’d love answered or even a personal question for me about how I manage things in my own home, then leave it in the comment section below for me. I’ll also be asking on Facebook and Instagram soon too. Don’t be shy 🙂

Emily from My Love for Words recently shared a great post on how to determine your priorities: “I have a lot of goals and dreams for my life and this blog, and few of them are really being met. I finally realized that if I’m going to achieve my goals I need to start eliminating distractions to create a purposeful life. I need think carefully about how I’m filling the time jar.” Read all about it HERE.
I love this before and after desk organization makeover at How Does She.
Erin from $5 Dinners explains why and how she keeps her kitchen counters clutter-free.
Okay so technically school has already started for most of us however if you are still feeling disorganized in this area, you’ve got to read Erin’s post at the Sunny Side Up blog about her organization tips for back to school. Also her home is AMAZING, go check it out!
Check out this collection of creative under bed storage ideas from Amy at The Idea Room.
I love Katie’s post on How Simple Living Makes Life Better for her family –> “When my life is too cluttered in some way, it decreases my enjoyment of everything. Why not do less, be less, have less, and spend less, but in return open our lives up to truly relish the things in which we do choose to invest ourselves.”
Have a great weekend everyone, be sure to make some time to organize and declutter an area of your home!!
