Hi friends, it’s finally here. The week of Christmas! I hope you all have a wonderful week with your loved ones and of course lots of delicious food. This week’s menu plan took me quite awhile to put together and as a result I have many links to share with you. Maybe it will help some of you still looking for a few recipes to round out your meals. Enjoy!!
Recipe Highlight:
Oh my, last week was a delicious one. I fell in love with this recipe for Crispy Pan Roasted Chicken Thighs. So so good!! Like really really good!! And easy too. I originally bought my cast iron pan to make these Deep Dish Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookies and now I love it so much I use it all the time including for this recipe. You’ve got to try it!
Also be sure to check out Melanie’s latest post here where she shared an easy holiday appetizer recipe for Mini Cheese and Onion Pastries.

I love the idea of a hot chocolate bar! I’m hosting Christmas and I think this would be a win for both the kids and grownups coming to the party. Merry Christmas to you!

Your Christmas menu looks delicious! I am getting hungry! Thanks for hosting this week. I am hoping I get through the menu plan this week. One of my kids has a stomach virus so crossing fingers it stops with him. Because of the drugs I am on for RA, I have a suppressed immune system so I will be lucky if I don’t get it!
