Hey friends, happy Menu Plan Monday day!!! Welcome to a brand new week where we plan our menus to help our week be a lot less stressed! Think of it as simply selecting 5 recipes to cook sometime throughout the week, you don’t even have to assign them to specific days if you don’t want to. But if you have the (quick and easy) recipes picked out and the groceries to go with them then you are going to rock your week. You will feel like doing some kind of dance-a-thon for sure whoot, whoot!! Well at least a little twirl around your kitchen :)
So this week my daughter (17) whipped up the One Pot Garlic Parmesan Pasta recipe for us and it was delicious! She said she would definitely make it again. So if you are looking for a quick and easy dinner here you go. She added some crumbled cooked sausage to it as well just to round it out for my meat loving husband :)
