Hello! It’s time to do a menu plan for the week! Having a menu plan makes for one organized week and you will feel less stress in your day especially when it comes to 4:00 or as I like to call it, the witching hour. You know the one I’m talking about!
So I hope you are enjoying summer, I am spending less time on the computer these days and more time with the kiddos. With a daughter graduating next year I’m so very aware these days at how fast time is flying. Got to make every day count!

Monday: 2 Ingredient Grilled Pork Chops served with corn and baby potatoes
Tuesday: Mexican Black Bean Wraps with Avocado and Tri-Color Slaw
Wednesday: Paleo Parmesan Chicken served with broccoli
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Pizza Panini Sandwiches
Saturday: Grilled Chicken Fajita Chopped Salad
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own)
