Recipe Highlights:
This past Saturday we held a baby shower brunch for a sweet friend and her new baby girl. I made this Gluten Free Blueberry Breakfast Cake and it was just awesome. I will definitely be making it again. Not to sweet and the added lemon zest adds such a nice touch.
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Sausage Potato Supper
Tuesday: My daughter’s 17th birthday! At her request we are having Special Twice-Baked Potatoes, Caesar Salad and Pork Schnitzel. Then for dessert we are having No Bake Cherry Cheesecake.
Wednesday: Easy Cheesy Pasta and Ham
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Bacon Wrapped Chicken served with rice and corn
Saturday: Crock Pot Creamy Chicken Corn Chowder (using leftover chicken)
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own)

Happy birthday to your daughter! My daughter doesn’t like cake, so we always have pie. I’ll have to suggest cheesecake to her next year though.
Have a great week!
Laura says
Yes my daughter absolutely loves this no bake cheesecake and requests it almost every year.
