Hi friends, how are you? It’s December, yay! I love December and everything it entails. Today we went out to get our Christmas tree at a local tree farm. It was a beautiful winter day. This barn is out at the farm and I just though it was so pretty against the white snow.
Our tree ready to go to its new home.
Do you have your tree up already?

Plan to Eat 50% Off Sale:
As many of you know I absolutely love the Plan to Eat website as a menu planning/recipe management resource and highly recommend it to those that want to simplify life in this area. I’m extremely critical when it comes to these things because I’m not tech savvy and often can never figure them out. Plan to Eat however is not complicated at all, in fact it is totally uncomplicated and doesn’t require a whole lot of work to make it all happen either. It really does simplify the menu planning process for you. Please watch this quick video below to find out a little bit more about what Plan to Eat can do for you.

Like what you see? Then you’ll be happy to know that right now Plan to Eat is holding their annual 50% off sale on yearly subscriptions! Yep and today is the last day of the sale!
My absolute favorite feature of this site is how easy it is to import the recipes you love into it. Easily search & import recipes from the web using the Plan to Eat bookmarklet or search for recipes across more than 100 popular sites using keywords such as recipe names, ingredients, courses, cuisines, etc. Import them to your Recipe Book with just one click. Once you have a good collection of recipes pulled in then it’s just a matter of dragging and dropping a recipe into your calendar to plan your menu. Once that’s done, you can quickly print a grocery list. It really is so brilliant.

Wow, that’s some pretty snow! And it looks cold! Thank you as always for hosting 🙂

Our tree is up. We went for a tiny, live, potted tree this year. We live in Germany and our house is shaped funny, so a large tree doesn’t fit right. It just gets in the way. 🙂 Thanks for the lovely printable link. 🙂

That snow is just beautiful. We have our tree up and decorated. We put it up each year on Black Friday instead of shopping. Thanks for hosting!

Oh, I love that first picture. Just beautiful! Our tree will go up this week. I can’t wait. Thanks for hosting.

Happy December, Laura! The snow is beautiful, though it would be a complete city shut-down if we got that much, ha! All is what you’re used to, isn’t it? 🙂 We started decorating, but won’t get our tree until next week. Have fun with yours!

Your property is gorgeous! That red barn in the beautiful snow is stunning!
I really wanted to go and cut down a tree this year, but my husband and boys have bad allergies and we’re worried they will all suffer while the tree is up…. so we’re just sticking to our fake tree.
Thanks for sharing my free printable meal planner for the month of December. Isn’t it fun?

What a cute printable! My menu board may need an update…
We put up our tree on Sunday too, though ours is artificial. We tried hanging ornaments with our 2yo, but that didn’t go so well. I have yet to finish decorating it. 🙂
I’m new to your blog and MPM, and I have to say that I love the YOYO concept! With a toddler, that’s not quite possible, but I will have to remember it for the future!
