Welcome back! Okay so how are things going? If your kids are back to school now and you are trying to focus on getting organized, menu planning is the best place to start. Just wait until you see the difference it makes in your life, amazing! Start simply by finding three easy recipes (here’s a few of mine) and then go out and buy the necessary ingredients. Then it’s up to you which day you decide to plug those meals into. The trick is picking easy and quick recipes that won’t overwhelm you at dinner time when you’re tired and cranky. My favorite meal last week was soooo good. I highly recommend these Hawaiian Tacos!! Be warned though that this recipe requires a little more chopping prep. Don’t cook them on a busy night or prepare the salsa earlier in the day when you have more time. Yummy!!
My Weekly Menu Plan:

Tuesday: Slow Cooker Honey Maple BBQ Ribs missed from last week
Wednesday: Family-Pleasing Sloppy Joes Recipe
