Hey gals & a few guys :) Hope you are all well. Gosh I love planning a menu plan in the summer, so much easier to do I find. Last week’s favorite recipe, Angel Hair Pasta with Crab, was so yummy and refreshing. It does include many more ingredients than I would normally cook with but my daughter helped me prepare it so it went pretty quick. And of course I forgot to take a picture for you, sorry about that!

Monday: Mexican Black Bean Pizza
Tuesday: Slow Cooker Garlic & Brown Sugar Chicken (missed from last week)
Wednesday: Dinner out!
Thursday: Chicken Caesar Pita Sandwiches (I’ll have mine in a taco shell instead)
Friday: Leftover buffet
Saturday: Slow Cooker Root Beer Pulled Pork (pulled pork is my go to recipe this summer, so easy and delicious!)
Sunday: Picking night
