Linking and Voting:
I know some of you were confused about the whole linking and voting thing. Let me break it down for you. You can link up your kitchens on this post anytime from Monday to Thursday. Please link up a picture that is of your actual kitchen and not a fantasy one please.
On Friday morning at 6:00 am PST, the linky switches over to voting and you’ll no longer be able to link up. Each thumbnail picture will have a star underneath it. Click on any star to vote but be careful because you’ll only be able to vote once.
Keep track of all the necessary timelines by printing off the official calendar here.
Kitchen Challenge:
This week we are organizing our kitchens which is typically the hub of the home for most families. That’s why it can quickly collect clutter that piles up and can be a huge source of frustration if we don’t keep up with it on a regular basis.
Back in the spring I re-organized my own kitchen. However as I was looking at the photos I realized that so much of it has changed already. I’ll have to do a kitchen update post soon. In the meantime though you can get a ton of organizing ideas from my old kitchen post here.
And the other side of the kitchen. Don’t let all those cabinets fool you. They are very shallow!!
To see all my kitchen posts visit here.
The Rules:
To join our week 2 challenge, follow these 4 easy steps:
1. ORGANIZE YOUR KITCHEN space even if it’s just a drawer or a surface space. It’s all good!
2. TAKE PICTURES of your organized space.
3. LINK UP to the challenge from your blog or Pinterest (by Friday morning at 5:59 am PST). If you need help linking up from Pinterest visit this post. Each of the seven blogger hosts will display the same linky so please only link up at ONE of our sites.
4. VOTE for your favorite space of the week on the same linky on this post starting Friday morning at 6:00 am PST. Once the linky switches to voting you’ll no longer be able to link up. You’ll find each thumbnail will have a star underneath it. Click on the star of your choice to cast your vote. You’ll only be able to vote once.

Fridge Coasters are super absorbent “liners” that come in different sizes to fit all high traffic areas of your refrigerator. Place under produce in the crispers to keep your veggies fresh longer, or under milk and salad dressing in the doors to absorb drips that would normally dry to the bottom of your bin, ewww. Fridge Coasters provide time saving function and fashion to the inside of your refrigerator. In addition, we’re really proud to say that our sustainable product is made 100% in the USA of 30% (or more) post consumer product. We then use a UV-dried printing process which means the ink never bleeds beyond its original printed shape even when fully submerged in water! How awesome is that? I have a question. I followed the instructions on how to join using pinterest to a “T” but a couple of my photos wouldn’t show : ( anyone know why?
Laura says
I’m sorry I don’t know why but Becky from Organizing Made Fun is the expert and may be able to help you.

Just checking that the voting system is working properly. I voted yesterday, and today, it was telling me I hadn’t voted, so I want to let you guys know in case something’s not working right.
Laura says
Hi Sara, I’ve checked it and it seems to be working fine on this end. Strange.
Sara Westhead says
Thanks – I wanted to let you know, just in case – I was able to vote for the same person again, but I had been in voting through this same page and on the same computer. The only thing I can think of is that I had to clear my cache, but that shouldn’t make a difference on your end.
Sara Westhead says
Actually, my cousin went to vote and it wouldn’t let her – like she had already voted when she hadn’t.
Sara Westhead says
Never mind… I think she missed the deadline… 🙁
