Last week I tried a new chicken recipe called Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken and it was really delicious and super easy too! It took a couple of minutes to prepare and then it gets thrown in the oven for 30 minutes. My kind of recipe!

Friday: Italian Pork Chops served with baked potatoes and roasted veggies
Saturday: Breakfast for dinner ~ Whole Wheat Apple Pancakes
