Do you know what I am looking forward to the most at the end of this challenge? I’m looking forward to hearing about all your success stories! I’m looking forward to seeing all the “after” pictures and just being proud as punch that you all achieved your goal. I’m looking forward to hearing about how you feel having accomplished your challenge and I’m also looking forward to everyone saying…”wow that was fun, let’s do it again!!!” Okay so you might not say that but maybe in a couple of months you’ll be ready! Thank you to all of you that have put yourselves out there and shown us your “before” pictures. I admire all of you!
Since I can’t give everyone a prize, no matter how much I’d really really like to, I thought I’d share a little bit more about how I’m going to go about selecting the top three winners (you all will be winners in my book though!).
I have two other ladies that have so kindly offered to assist me. My real life friend Sarah who is also an organizing junkie (her passion is purging!) and my blogging friend and another organizing junkie, Lara, The Lazy Organizer. Lara is completing a project in the challenge but won’t be competing for the prizes. Thank you ladies….I don’t think our job is going to be easy that is for sure.
So here is what we will be looking for:
Overall Transformation – A well organized, uncluttered, clearly defined and efficient space that is easily maintained.
Creative Use of Space – Using creative solutions to allow you to maximize your space and create zones in a new and manageable way.
Baskets/Containers that Work – Using containers that allow you to establish boundaries and contain “like with like”.
Overall Experience – The process that got you to the uncluttered space mentally and physically.
Remember on Dec 6th I will put up a new Mr. Linky and you will have the opportunity to link up to ONE post with not only your before AND after pictures but a summary as well of what you did to get from point A to point B…..the more detail you can give us the better.
I’m certainly having fun and I hope you are too!

I have to say I’m very impressed with your challenge. I however did get my closet organized and cleaned out this morning before leaving for my shopping spree with my girlfriends.

I am working on purging right now–getting rid of stuff. It’s hard, but I’m trying to be ruthless. I’ve also moved all the games upstairs like we talked about, to leave more room in my closet.
I still have a lot of work to do. . . .

Hmph. After an initial week or two of good projects, I have hit a wall. We went out of town and now I have family coming. Hopefully I can finish that final week!
Happy Thanskgiving!

Wow, I like the criteria. Good stuff. I’m glad you have help deciding, too! This looks like it’s going to be tough.
I’ve already got some progress pics up , I’m so excited to keep going and get it done. Can’t wait till December 6th to see all the results!
