Updated to add: This recipe was delicious and the aroma as it was cooking all day was amazing! The only thing I should point out is that when a recipe calls for quick-cooking tapioca they aren’t referring to seed tapioca….just a hunch I have….oops.

Hello! Today I’m featuring a recipe I’ve used in the past and one my hubbie really likes.
Tender and Tangy Ribs
3/4-1 cup vinegar
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 garlic glove, minced
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
