Hello y’all! Welcome back, it’s menu plan day today! Time to get it done so for the rest of the week we don’t have to stress about it. Sound good?
So this past weekend I was needing a little snack and came across a “hummus” recipe from the Paleo magazine I purchase from Walmart.
Since traditional hummus is usually made with chickpeas which aren’t allowed on the Paleo diet, this recipe was created using cauliflower. Now I can’t stand cauliflower but was feeling brave and really wanted something to dip my veggies into. So I decided to give it a try and you know what? It wasn’t terrible and it didn’t taste like cauliflower so that was a definite win, yay! I’m not entirely sure why it’s called Lemon-Dill though because there isn’t any dill in it. Let me know if you try it and what you think.
Free Printable Menu Planner:
A menu planner is an excellent tool to keep track of what’s for dinner each night. Post it on your fridge so your family can see it too and not bug you every two minutes asking what’s for dinner. Go one step farther and print the recipes off to go with it so your teens can get dinner started for you! Today I’ve got this free printable winter menu planner for you to use. Print it out HERE or pin the graphic below to save for later.
Hope you like it!

I am trying to print a copy of the whats for dinner pdf. It is impossible. Guess I will make my own and make copies of it.

Sorry Nancy, all you have to do is click on the link. When it opens in Dropbox click on “open” in the top right hand corner and then “download”. Opens right into Adobe but you do need Adobe Acorbat Reader to access pdf’s. It’s free. Hope that helps!
