Hi friends! It’s time to get your menu plan done. Don’t just think about it, do it, do it, do it! 🙂 I’m very excited to tell you that last week I made something new for me to eat on this Paleo diet I’m on. I bought myself a tortilla pan and made Paleo tortillas for the first time and they were SO good! Sometimes you just need something other than a lettuce wrap, you know?
I thought they’d be hard to make which is why I never tried before but nope totally easy to do. Made myself a chicken wrap with them, yum, yum!
I couldn’t find my exact pan on Amazon but I did find this cast iron one (affiliate link) that’s 50% off right now for $12.99. Sweet!

My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Beef Cauliflower Rice
Tuesday: Paleo Chili (I’ll probably put it in the slow cooker)
Wednesday: Sheet Pan Maple Mustard Roasted Chicken (without the brussel sprouts though, yucky)
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night with 5 minute homemade pizza dough and for me Baked Honey Garlic Salmon in Foil
Saturday: Slow Cooker Meatballs in Marinara Sauce
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
