Hi everyone, how are you today? Have you got your menu plan ready for the week? If not, take a few minutes today to jot down a few recipes to make this week and then hit up the grocery store for the necessary ingredients. You’ll be all set for less stress and chaos. Yes please!
I’ve got a few extra kids in the house this week as I’m watching my girlfriend’s three kids while she and her husband are out of town for the week. My house will once again be full of noise which will seem so strange :)
This past week this is what I woke up to. Yep snow in September!
Can you believe that? I told you it was coming. Oh the joys of living in northern Canada. Bye fall :(
On a brighter note, did you know that salad tastes so much better in a pretty bowl? Yep I just figured that out when I recently bought these cute bowls (set of four in different colors) at Costco. They are the perfect salad size and it makes me sooooo happy that my salads aren’t so boring anymore.
Here’s what we’ll be eating this week.
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Wednesday: Oven Baked Beef Tacos
Thursday: Applesauce Pork Tenderloin with roasted potatoes and corn
Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night with 5 minute homemade pizza dough and for me
Saturday: Paleo Creamy Chicken Tomato Soup
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
