Hi friends! Happy Menu Plan Monday day to you 🙂 I’m keeping things simple this week but stick around for next week as that is when my family arrives and I’ll be feeding 9 people each day plus putting on a huge Graduation/Canada Day party! I can hardly wait it’s going to be so much fun!
This Saturday is my birthday! I’ve been so busy with house renos that I haven’t had time to be obnoxious about it like I usually am. Ha! As most of you know, I love birthdays and celebrating another year on this great earth. I’m not planning a party for myself this year because we have graduation the week after plus it would definitely be hard to top my Polka Dot party from last year.
I’ve created a delicious new smoothie recipe that is sooooo good. It includes spinach, cherries, pineapple and a banana. I’ll share the recipe in a post soon because I can’t get enough of this concoction. Yum! Here’s the picture from my deck that I shared on Instagram the other day.
Here’s what we’ll be eating this week.
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Roasted Potatoes, Mushroom and Kale Hash Skillet
Tuesday: Salt & Vinegar Chicken Wings served with Healthy Green Smoothies
Wednesday: Slow Cooker Honey Apple Pork Loin Roast served with potatoes and broccoli
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night with 5 minute homemade pizza dough and for me scrambled eggs
Saturday: My birthday! Dinner out with the family
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
Have a wonderful week everyone!!

Happy Birthday!! I’ll have to try the smoothie. Hubs and I have a smoothie every day. He’s not a veggie fan but knows he needs to eat them, so he bought a Vitamix a year ago. We have a smoothie with spinach, almond milk, a frozen banana and yogurt every day, and change up the other fruits (strawberries mango, blueberries, pineapple, etc). The salt & vinegar chicken wings sound great too!
