Hi everyone! I hope you had an excellent weekend and are geared up for an organized week ahead. Yesterday I finally got around to making some cookies. My youngest has been really wanting some peanut butter cookies and we haven’t had a full cookie jar in quite some time. My daughter usually always did the cookie baking around here for us but with her gone off to University we are having to find our new normal without her.
My husband and son loved these cookies. Find the recipe –> Peanut Butter Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

I hardly ever make cookies anymore. I should either do it more or assign a kid that job! They look yummy. Thanks for hosting.
