Well it’s finally here! It’s a big week in the Wittmann household this week with both my birthday and my daughter’s high school graduation happening just days apart. I’m so excited! My in-laws arrive this evening and we are going to have such a fun week.
Pinterest Menu Planning:
I pretty much only use Pinterest now to create my menu plan. I just do a search based on the meat I want to cook and pick a recipe. So easy! I’ve also been busy adding a bunch of recipes to my Quick and Easy Recipe board. You’ll also find a Slow Cooker board as well as a Family Favorites board. Soon I hope to have a Paleo Recipes board available for you as well.
Follow Laura (Organizing Junkie)’s board Quick and Easy Recipes on Pinterest.
Where do you mostly find the recipes you make each week?
In honor of my birthday this week I’ll be hosting a fun giveaway on Wednesday so be sure to come back then to check it out and enter. Here is a sneak peek for you because I think my menu planner friends will be especially excited about it 🙂
I hope you all have a wonderfully organized and delicious week!!
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato Grilled Cheese Sandwiches and for me Lemon Garlic Shrimp. For dessert: Chocolate Chip Cookies

Happy Birthday and congrats to your daughter. It is a crazy fun time of year. I have my daughter’s 8th grade graduation this week and end of school events… and then we rest, right?

Your menu looks great!
Happy birthday to you, and congrats on your daughter’s graduation – bittersweet, isn’t it? But it’s an accomplishment of the whole family, so hats off to you!

I do my meal planning with Pinterest too! I keep a board of the recipes I’ve used in my meal plans, but I also keep a ton of other recipe boards for recipes I’ve created or may want to use later on. (I’m a food blogger.) I tend to use theme nights to do my meal planning (like taco Tuesday, pizza night Friday, etc), so boards for each of those themes make it simple.
