Hi friends, happy start to a brand new week to you 🙂 We are having some unusually warm weather right now which has been amazing. And when I say warm I mean -5 degrees Celsius (23 degrees F). Minus 5, with the sun shining and the skies bright blue, means I get to break out my spring coat and open the windows in the house to let some fresh air in. Oh yes I did, I love it so much! I know you might think I’m a wee bit crazy saying that but when you are use to -30 to -40 degree C temps in winter, believe me this feels almost tropical. Ha!

You are warmer today than we are. I bet it does give you hope for spring. I’m not sure I could open our windows when it’s 23 degrees though but after this cold spell I just might! I’ll be checking out all those soup recipes we still need them!
Thanks for hosting!

I need that soup list today! You’ll probably laugh, but we dropped down to 23F and everything is icy, so schools and everything are closed.

I can totally relate! I felt like we had a heat wave in NY yesterday. High was 44 degrees F!! woohoo! have a great week and stay warm!

I hear you on 23 F feeling warm! When we were in FL a few weeks ago, it was 65 and that was a heatwave, but we saw folks wearing down jackets and hats. We reserve those jackets for -35 to -40 F we had the last few days here. I hope that “warm” air by you is on it’s way to MN!!
In the meantime, I’ll enjoy the soup links.

I love Ina Garten, and her lemon chicken recipe is wonderful. I have many of her cookbooks, she’s one of my favorites. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
