Hello! I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas! We had a terrible cold go through our house this past week so that definitely put a damper on things. Thankfully I avoided it myself which is pretty amazing considering my autoimmune disorder meds suppress my immune system. Thank goodness for healthy eating and essential oils!
What are your plans for New Year’s Eve? We enjoy spending and celebrating the night with the kids. We normally do a fondue party on New Year’s Eve but this year we decided to just keep things simple for dinner and then go out as a family to the movies. Should be fun!

So glad you didn’t get sick. I was terrified when oldest came down with early pneumonia. Being on immune system suppressing drugs I was sure I would get sick. I did get a sore throat/virus a couple days but at least it didn’t turn into pneumonia or strep. Happy eating this week and Happy New Year! Thanks for hosting this delicious linkup!
